Turbo Sessions

The turbo sessions for the 2010 season will start on January 6th (Wednesday) at Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen, Caernarfon starting at 7pm for an hour session. We will be using the main hall this year and we are asked to bring some covering with us to place under the bikes to keep sweat off the floor.

SESSIONS WILL BE RUNNING FOR 12 WEEKS

Cost will be £2 per session, £2.50 for non Energycycles members
